Products purchased from Flash Reviews are eligible for return within 30 days of the purchase date for a refund or exchange, subject to the conditions outlined below.

• Unused and Original Condition: The product must be unused, in the same condition as when you received it, and in its original packaging.

• Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required to process any return or refund. For items received as gifts without proof of purchase, store credit may be issued instead.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for return:

• Products that have been used, damaged, or show signs of wear, unless due to manufacturing defects.

• Custom-printed or personalized products.

• Items missing parts or packaging, unless due to our error.

Refund Process

Exchanges

Lifetime Warranty

This warranty does not cover misuse, accidental damage, or general wear and tear.

Shipping Costs

• Original Shipping Fees: Shipping fees from the original purchase are non-refundable.
